Helping the Day Run Smoothly from Start to Finish
Heather and Jay had a smaller guest list, which meant that every detail mattered even more. From the moment we began planning, I wanted to make their day feel effortless. The online portal helped us stay organized, and we used it to lock in every key moment from ceremony music to first dance and beyond.
When the big day arrived, I worked closely with their photographer to time their entrance, manage transitions between key moments, and even handled announcements like calling tables up to the buffet. It’s that extra level of coordination that helps smaller weddings feel smooth and stress-free.

“We couldn’t have asked for a better day/night. DJ Aaron D made the planning process easy with his online portal and was available via phone/text for any questions. He was easy to talk to and welcoming. We had a smaller wedding so he helped us coordinate the day by communicating with our photographer about our arrival and all the night’s main events (first dance, cake cutting etc) and helped by calling out tables to go up to the buffet. He kept the party going and played music that kept the dance floor full! Definitely would recommend to my family/friends and anyone looking for a DJ!”
