Have your wedding date booked at the venue? Let’s check to see if your wedding date is available. Click the purple button on the right and send a message to us telling us what you’re looking for and we will respond to you within 24 hours.

SET AN APPOINTMENT

Now that you have chosen to take the next step in planning your celebration, let’s meet up for coffee! We want to hear all about your plans for your special day, talk about some options, and of course get you the pricing you’re looking for. Can’t make it to the office because of your crazy work schedule? Are you planning your Connecticut wedding from out of state? No problem. We can meet right from the comfort of your living room by setting up a face to face meeting on SKYPE.

BOOK YOUR DATE

Once you’ve made the decision to move forward, we will send you a service agreement via email. Simply sign and return it with your 25% deposit and your date is booked in our calendar. We accept checks, cash, and all major credit cards for your convenience.

THE CREATIVE PROCESS

By this point, you’re starting to think of the atmosphere of your reception and how it will reflect your personality and taste. Now that you’re booked in our calendar, be sure to reach out to us to let us know what enhancements you might like to take your reception to the next level and bring your celebration from ordinary to extraordinary.

THE FINAL MEETING

One month prior to your celebration, we will want to meet with you one last time. This allows us to wrap up any final details and build your timeline for the reception. We understand that at this stage, it can get overwhelming and setting aside time to come to our office might be a challenge. We can set up SKYPE appointments so that we can meet right from the comfort of your home. And let’s face it, nothing beats planning a wedding in your slippers.

THE DAY IS HERE!

Prior to your wedding, we will reach out to your venue to go over the details of your wedding from a service and logistics perspective. On the day of your wedding, we will arrive between 1.5 and 3 hours ahead of the start time to ensure that everything is set to go when your guests arrive. All audio and lighting systems will be tested and programmed and backups will be in place.
